Dam and Pond Repairs
Representatives from the provincial government presented the plans for the fish way reconstruction at the dam at North Granville. This plan includes the intent to rebuild the fish way with a target date of August - October this year. The proposed design is being reviewed by federal regulators (Dept. of Fisheries and Oceans) for approval and after that, the Province will be tendering for this work. The provincial representatives committed to providing updates on progress to be included in upcoming community newsletters.
