The meeting will consist of the reporting of activities in the past year, projections for next year, review of the Treasurer’s report, and an election of the executive and board for the coming year. INFORMATION

ARCH - The Center has joined the Association of Rural Community Halls of PEI (ARCH). ARCH is a network of halls working together to strengthen their own communities. ARCH has a very good web site www.archpei.com that will provide a venue to post functions and events on their calendar. This will provide a one stop reference for people to check what is gong on at the Center our community Center information should be posted by March 22.

Phone Info Line - The phone is activated again at the Center (886-2283). Effective March 22 people can call into the Center number to listen to a recorded message of any activates that are occurring at the Center that week.

Community Web Site – Dale Amundson of North Granville, has generously offered to establish and look after a community web site at http://northgranvillepei.ca While this site will be constructed over time we would invite people to visit the site and consider contributions of information. Look for the site to be established on March 29.

Booking the Community Center - Bookings are being taken by Kellie Saarloos at 886-2886 for community members to hold family events or other uses at the Center. Our objective is to have the center open, accessible and welcoming for community use. Over the last few months the Center has been used for several birthday parties and family events, we want to see this continue and grow.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

We would like to acknowledge the contributions and support from community members at the recent New London Community Center brunch. These brunches are an important fund raising event for the New London Community Center and each community in the fire district takes a turn to put one on.
